[windows2000] Re: OT:" save as" drop down box painfully slow

If they are XP machines, I've found that if you
uncheck  "use simple file sharing" and "Automatically
search network folders and printers".  Also check your
DNS configuration in Active Directory.  Make sure you
have you FISMO roles set up properly.  That should
give you a starting point.
