I guess I am assuming that this is close to what you are describing: * Your IIS Server and your SQL server are different machines * Your ASP.NET app need to access the SQL server * You have IIS set up to use Integrated authentication * Your IIS Server is not a DC. * You want your IIS integrated authentication credentials to be passed to the SQL server as the database credentials. There is only one way that I know of: Make the IIS Server a DC. If you learn differently, PLEASE share it, because everything I have ever read/tried has told me otherwise... I am working on an ASP.NET application which will be using forms authentication. However, the user must be authenticated against active directory. I have learned that it will be necessary to put into AD the server which is running IIS into AD as being trusted to authenticate. The IIS server, in this case, is not a DC. How do I add the IIS server into AD as being trusted for authentication? ________________________________________ Rod ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor StressedPuppy.com Games Feeling stressed out?
