Greg-
You don't need to write any code. Exchange Server handles this natively.
Do a search for Recipient Policies on the web. It'll take a bit of time
to get your head round it, but it's actually dead easy.

It is exchange 2000 on the server.   I was trying to avoid having to
change everyone manually.  The same exchange server handles all the
domains in question.
