Anyone have any tips on placement of the different services?

Here is our setup

Existing servers
Server 1 - NT4.0 PDC, Print and user files
Server 2 - NT4.0 BDC, application files
Server 3 - NT4.0 Member server, fax server
Server 4 - Win2k Member server, proxy server

New servers this year
Server 5 - Win2k3 remote location, file and print server
Server 6 - Win2k Member server, Intranet and Exchange
Server 7 - Win2k Member server, fiscal services application, file and print
server

Server 1 and 2 will be upgraded to Win2k3 and stay as domain controllers.
Server 5 will become a domain controller for the remote location

1, 2 and 5 will be loaded with WINS and DNS

Should all servers be global catalog servers?
Would Server 6 benefit from being loaded with DNS for any queries it may
need to do?

Thanks,
Craig Gauss
