Sounds to me like you may have to check your file associations.  If you're
in xp, you can check the properties with alt-enter.  You should be able to
arrow down to the line that says "Opens With" and then a program.  If it
says "Opens With Word Pad", hit your change button to Winamp, so that it
says "opens with Winamp" and see if that works.  If it's automatically going
to Word Pad, that just may be the problem.  Hope this helps!
