While not a Producer, I'm a User Experience Architect (user research,
information architecture, interaction design, usability), I can say
that in the last six months, the market has improved dramatically.
We're seeing a significant increase, mostly from larger clients, for
requests to improve usability, usefulness, and overall user experience
for products (e.g. software, Web sites, eCommerce sites, Intranets).

In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice, they are not.
