Hey Michael,

CME does stand for "Continuing Medical Education" and is usually associated
with the amount of credits a particular course/class (1 CME credit) gives
towards a the medical profession; nurse, doctor either conferences, seminars
or through distance learning (WebMD training demos, etc).

I believe it's a typo with respect to the Project Management profession
because usually CE (continuing education) credits are used instead of CME.
Though, I would say that the medical profession is the oldest (I think) in
continued education accreditation and using the CME acronym that maybe it's
a carry over for how courses and classes are measured overall...maybe?

Well, that my 2 cents ;-D

Good Luck,

Subject: [webproducers] What is CME?

Does anyone have any idea what CME might stand for in relation to project
management?
