No clue, it could be several ideas things that aren't normal as an acronym
like, PM, PMP, CM, WP, etc

I'd suggest it could be Content Management Engine, Community Management
Evangelist, Community Management Events, Common Malware Enumeration (found
in google search), etc.

Or it could be hardware (musical keyboards controller) related for CME
Products at http://www.cme-pro.com/product.html
