Jennifer-

Well, I completely see the need to get stability so each institution can make
their choices and get their attendance estimates to Russell. I just hate to
commit to the schedule when it's really only been you and I who have had any
input. With the deadline for reserving the facilities looming, I think we have
3 choices.

1. Accept it as-is and agree to only make minor revisions.

2. Schedule a call for early next week to discuss/revise the agenda and
then do #1.

3. Release the schedule but warn people that we reserve the right to make
somewhat-significant changes.

Thoughts?

Hey Gabriel,

My question is more are we having all day pharmacy and accounting, all day
medical record. If there ends up being only 2 hours of pharmacy or 1/2 day of
accounting it is not worth it for me to try and send people...

If I understand what you're saying, we aren't going to be able to get that kind
of stability in the agenda?

Jennifer

Do you mean freeze the topics that you have in your draft? I'm fine with
freezing the concept of including a large portion of medical records and
accounting sessions. Possibly we might want to try and squeeze in other topics
or play around with the exact timing.

Did we agree to freeze the concept on the hospital side?

Thanks Gabriel,

Jennifer

I've attached the same document with my proposal for Labs topics. I've put in
specifics, but they're subject to change based on feedback. We could add
topics by having concurrent sessions in the afternoon.

Does everyone have what they need to get an initial head count for Auburn?

Hello everyone,

Here's what a possible conference agenda could look like (Gabriel's going to
offer suggestions for the Labs side of these). Any thoughts? The actual
topics will be filled in within the next months based on the development that
occurs and what people want to discuss.

Hope this helps,

Jennifer
