I ran into this last July. It has to do with the way the help screen
is generated. If you look, either visually, or with the JAWS cursor,
at that line, you'll see something like this:
To do blah blah blah, press Shift-,
That's shift comma.
Or sometimes it looks like this:
To do blah blah blah, press .
Press period.
Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to display this stuff in
any other way.

through JAWS H twice, the first three keystrokes for entering Plugin, Program
and Bypass say something like, two enter blah blah, press . As if there were
an answer missing. I went through this letter by letter to find this out.
