Hi Steve et all,

Further to my earlier post, I have now got a reply from the MD at Zero g,
he's been kind enough to give me details of how to import and convert
gigastudio files into Kontakt format - think I'm going to need some eyeballs
though!, but for future info here's the reply below...

Hi Chris,

You need to use the "Import" button in Kontakt. First, use the files browser
to navigate around your hard drive and select the folder of Giga files that
you want to load, and then click on the Import button which is located just
above the files browser. A window will pop up asking you to choose a
destination folder for the new Kontakt versions of the imported instruments,
and this window also asks you to choose a destination folder for the
samples. TO do this, click on the "Choose" button in each case, and choose a
location. Having specified the locations in this way, you then click on the
"Convert" button in that window, and Kontakt then imports the folder's
contents, converting from Giga to Kontakt format as it does so.

Best Regards

Ed
