Aidan, a few ways to move forward on this one. First off what screen reader
are you using? I use my Apple device and it is great. If the problem
cannot be resolved then I would contact the OverDrive department at RNIB and
they will remotely access via your computer and help you out. This might
sound crazy but once I was doing it on my computer using Windows and I had
forgotten that I had got my computer to remember my username and password so
I kept putting them in again and again and all I was doing was creating a
very long string of usernames and passwords and of course I was being
rejected all the time! Mo who I think is on this list, might be able to
assist you as I found him very helpful at the time in sorting my issues out.
However, like I say I now mainly use it on my iPhone, iPad and I find it
just fine. Do come back if you think you can provide me with more info.
Interestingly I was unaware that people outside the UK could use this
service from RNIB. Would it be some issues to do with something like that?

from what I can tell there is very little material in the NCBI overdrive. I
stopped using it for this reason. they are and I B library via of a drive is
excellent. no problem with access ability for me
