Hi Eleanor,
I know Joan Ann gave you some very comprehensive instructions dealing with
this a few weeks ago. If those did not work, then you need to arrange some
training, either with us here at NCBI, or the RNIB in the UK.

Anyone able to help re transferring mp3 files from computer to mobile
please?
Also do I have to turn off talks in order to listen to the radio or might my
phone be faulty if I cannot get tune in the radio stations?
