It does work Vincent from both networks as I have tried it. It has nothing to do with bullying but I appreciate your point. I may phone someone and may not want then to bother with calling me back or I may phone someone making an enquiry about say a product and I actually do not want to be bothered with them ringing me back. I have many friends who withhold their caller ID and it does not bother me.
