Hi Mairead, I have used Dreamweaver with JAWS and while it is tricky enough at the beginning I can say that it is possible for a JAWS user to use the program. It is an advantage to be able to understand the code that Dreamweaver automatically produces for you so as you can double check its accuracy. I do not know anything on Adobe Photoshop so perhaps someone can help you on this one. I used Irfan View for resizing images which I thought was an excellent program.
