Hi Damien
Not sure if this is what you mean: most mobile phone operators allow a number
of text messages to be sent from their website, but not from a dedicated PC
application. So if sending from the PC while logged in a web browser is
acceptable, go to your mobile phone operator website to check.
For instance, with Meteor, login to My Meteor, and go to WebText.
Alternatively, if your PC has a built-in 3G modem, there is likely a utility
tool to do so.
