Eamonn,
There should be no issues running multiple versions of Jaws with differing
levels of authorisation on the one machine. I have a few versions installed
myself which I switch between depending on the application I'm using.
Make sure to de-activate the running version before starting the new one i.e.
when running V9, hit jaws key + F4 to shut it down, then click on V13 to start
it. It would be useful to set hotkeys so you're able to find V13 when speech is
off. I have done this myself - I have V11 set to run when I hit control + alt +
j, and V12 when I hit control + alt + k.
I haven't installed V13 myself yet, so I can't comment on any issues which may
crop-up during installation.

In work, I’m using version 9 of Jaws.
It appears this version is incompatible with a recently introduced database.
Justice I.T. plan to install a later version of Jaws this afternoon, to see if
it works with the database. I assume it’s Jaws 13.
Question: Can you run Jaws 9 as default, and version 13 in demo mode, on the
same machine? Any issues in installing V13, of which I should make our I.T.
unit aware?
