Anyway too Maria, emails aren't a problem usually I feel but attachments perhaps! 


I have Avast and find it good.

I have followed your instructions and now, hopefully, that message from
avast won't be popping up any more and even if it will, I can just keep pressing the "ok" button.
The main thing is that now I'm sure that avast won't stop me from receiving an important email.
