When I read your email, I thought, eureka, why didn't I think of that? But
when I tried selecting Eamon's text and then copied and pasted it to word,
it still appeared blank, including when I checked it with JAWS.
Here is Flor's explanation of what is happening, taken from another list a
few days ago. He is replying to another list member, Aedan O'Meadhra, who
experiences similar problems to mine with messages from Stuart and Eamon.
it's because Stuart's msg is in Rich text (RTF) that you couldn't read it in
Outlook.
