Just to clarify: Arrow down to Michael's name, or any name that you want to
remove/unblock from the blocked senders list, then tab to remove and hit enter.

  Hi Maureen,

Let's first try something simple and see if that does something. You are
using Outlook Express 6, as I make out from the properties of your messages.
that being the case: From the message list, hit alt-t; r; s to bring up the
Blocked Senders List. If there is a name or a list and if Michael's name is in
it, tab over to the Renmove Button and hit enter on that, so he will henceforth
be unblocked.

It only takes two keystrokes, or should we say three, to block a sender of a
message - alt-m, s, and then you hit enter to confirm that you want that sender
blocked. This Blocked Senders thing is a Microsoft convention, not an eircom
one; so it wouldn't surprise if messages blocked by this route were deleted.
that is the normal thing, without there being any spam rules.

Martin, the e/mail comes in but lands in my "deleted "box". I presume if I
had blocked it it would be regarded as spam and go to spam folder. Several
people have asked me "did I get Michael Lavin's mail" for various things and of
course I say "no" but when I look in my deleted folder, there it is.

    Maureen.
