The government mightn't have a stake for too much longer.

Just imagine if Ryanair took over!

Having said that, maybe that wouldn't be so bad ... we only have to deal
with one company, not two.

Yes it is tokenism.  Yet again, an organisation in which our elected
government has a large stake is patently ignoring the needs of blind/VI
users.  I sense another campaign.  However I'll start with this one.  I know
members of CFIT are on this list.  Could NCBI not commission you guys to do
a report on the general state of the websites of the transport providers in
the state?

Dónal Fitzpatrick (AKA Joe Blogs) can do precious little on his own. There
must, I stress must, be backing from advocacy organisations.  VICS did make
a submission to AerLingus a few years ago but this was totally ignored
(Perhaps Esmond would confirm?).
