Kimber, I could be wrong, but I think that documentation about tying one's Amazon and Audible accounts is lacking--or, at least, murky. If you decide to call Amazon Support about your problem, please let us know the response.

Glad you found your book/.

Okay, so here's the problem and it seems to be related to the "sign
into audible and amazon with the same account."

Amazon doesn't seem to be able to relate my audible self to my amazon
self. I had to sign out and back in under my original amazon account
in order for amazon to recognize me. I'm still not sure I totally
understand what happened, but I got my book which is what matters,
right?

Sometimes it's just a burp in the system. Try again, then call them if
it still doesn't work. So far i have had pretty good experiences with
support their with issues of my personal Kindle.

Hi Guys,

This evening I tried to buy a kindle book, but when I clicked the buy
link I got a message that said Amazon couldn't find any device that
supported kindle.

I've bought books successfully before, so what's up with that?

Thanks,
Kimber
