Ann thanks for your wonderful comments about Met and
my partnership. It really helps to hear these kinds of
things. I do believe that we have a very unique bond
like no other- He gives so much to me that I feel its
only right to give some back Smile
I certainly have learned a ton about dogs, about their
health, about diet, about service, hearing, and guide
dogs and most of all about how much I was missing in
the world before I got him! Smile
One day someone else is going to have to attempt to
fill these paws and what an awesome task that will be!
I am cherishing every moment now though- knowing he
has entered his senior years and none of us knows how
long our dogs will be with us. They may die a slow
death where we have time to come to terms with their
passing or they may go quickly. None of us knows so
its up to us to cherish each moment and let them know
how much we appreciate what they do for us!
