[vi-android] phone lock during incoming and out going calls

hy all,
i am using samsung glaxy star2 and samsung glaxy pro installed android
jellybean 4.1 in both cellphones.
during incoming and out going calls i am unable to performe any action like
"open louder, mute, end call, add another call." message came "double tap to
unlock screen" when i press double tap nothing happen.any help or tip would be
appreciated with thanks in advance
