Angela,
These are available from the Play Store.
Install the Ivona HQ first from the play store then open it and select the voices you need. 
Keep in mind that all TTS voices are large files.

The Ivona voices are wonderful, and they are free for now while in beta.

Ok, I got my mecer tablit running! Finally, and I updated TalkBack to
the latest. Just need to no wich tts I can search for wich are free? I
did not yet setup a credit card yet so I cannot yet get acapela and
the rest, any other voices except ESpeak wich I also want to try?
Could someone give me feedback also as to how is the dedicated web
brouzer from CodeFactory? Except that firefox have more features, does
this brouzer handle pages well? That's all for now. I hope I get to
manage this thing. I find I work quite slow on it, not as fast as with
the IPhone, don't no if its because I'm new, or perhaps the google or
piko voices slowing me down? And where can I update the google tts to
version 3? Or must I go and search for it on the play store and update
from there?
