[vi-android] android basics

Hi everyone. I'm new to this list and new to android. I like the way
they improved talkback in this last wile. First off, are there a lot
of differences in the software configuration between the nexuses and
the Samsung devices? For example, will all of them come with the same
programs? Or does it also depend on the type of nexus and who make it?
And second, is there any getting started for talkback somewhere to
read for giving me a clearer picture of what to expect and how to work
things and find my way? I don't no if it contain a roater like ios,
and such things.
