Hello Steve,

Not sure on the technical side of things, But Voon-Li I am sure would be
happy to answer your questions. If there is a GTFS available I think it can
work. This is the same developer that came up with Point Finder.

Regards

Trevor.

Hey Trevor,

Do you know if it is using the Nextbus API? If so, it oculd be made to work
all round the world.

I may contact the devs about this.

All the best

Hi Aaron

Stop Announcer is a new App which will tell you how far you have to go to
reach your destination on a Bus. It is only useable in Perth Western
Australia at this time, how it works, All Bus Stops in Some metropolitan
areas have a number on them, so, for example, I use a Bus route number 241,
if I want to go to Bus Stop 13308, in the App put in the necessary details
if you wish the App will tel you every Bus stop number as you pass them, at
the same time might say 22 stops to destination, and if you go passed your
stop there is an alarm. A very new App those of us that use it are very
impressed by it.

Regards

Trevor.

Hello Katherine,

Some of the Apps I use are:

Stop announcer, Point Finder, Aqua Mail, Audible, Calendar, Lookout, Around
me, ABC, Flight Board, Tune in Radio, Scanner radio, and many others.

At the moment I am looking at several weather Apps, the one I have been
using, was updated and now does not work well at all. Other GPS Apps I am
playing with I run several, but I am looking at the moment at Guidedroid.

There is a multitude of Apps out there, you just have to try the ones that
suit you.

Don't know which part of Australia you're in, but if I can help further I
will do so. The Number of Android users in Australia, is slowly increasing.
By the way I am in Perth.

Trevor.
