Hello Norman,

Your reply is very helpful. I too had done some searches and found
some opinions (though quite dated) that say the X series don't get
their apps from the Google Play store.

As with the app's functionality, I agree with you also. I have helped
and even guided some visually impaired persons here in Nigeria to set
up the accessibility on a brand called Tecno. The Tecno line runs on
the Android OS but the phones' response and overall functionality are
nothing when compared with what Samsung offers.
