[vi-android] Lightning launcher

Hi everyone,
Thought I'd share that lightning launcher extreme is on sale. It's what
I'm currently using because you can zoom in on the desktop to make icons
and widgets bigger which is handy. From memory I think there were a couple
of things which didn't work perfectly with Talkback, not the least of which
is that it reads icons in their original (not zoomed) locations as you
explore the screen, and it does take some fiddling to setup.
