I am not sure of that setting Quentin but I worry about this phone doing anythink behind my back. Twice now I had to ring Telstra to get my prepayed data back cos for some reason my phone has been trying to update something and zapped my creddit. Lucky Telstra gave it back so I can not trust this phone. I did have it set to only update over WIFI only. But now I have it set not to check at all. Do you have any idea’s why the phone’s would do that. Cheers Michael. Update for recent Samsung phones We'll see Michael - I have the same phone, so it will be interesting if it gets the update, whether we get it at the same time. There is a setting which is usually on by default, to have it check automatically each day, that way you don't need to keep manually checking. Regards Quentin. Update for recent Samsung phones Hi everyone, An update from Samsung today that recent models including the galaxy s 3, s 4 and note 2 will shortly receive Android 4.3. And galaxy gear watch support (in curios to see one of those, probably less excited about how much it would cost!)
