I saw the Black and White Warbler on Belle Isle today, previously reported
on the January 12 James River Count by Julie Kacmarcik. It was foraging on
the south side near the derelict hydro plant with kinglets and Carolina
Chickadees. Also 3 Bald Eagles (2 adult, 1 imm.).
