[va-bird] Ruff at Chincoteague

Va birders

Jay Keller reports by telephone that there is a Ruff along the Wildlife Loop at Chincoteague. It is on the left after you come out of the trees where the bathrooms are.

The Wildlife Loop opens to cars at 3 in the afternoon, one can walk it anytime.
