[va-bird] Ruff at Chincoteague

The Northern Virginia Bird Club field trip to Chincoteague
found a Ruff in Snow Goose Pool yesterday afternoon.  The bird is very
reddish on the breast but does not appear to
have a ruff.  The group will attempt to relocate it this
afternoon.
