Commander Nikolas Renaldi
The dark former Cardassian space station loomed just a head of them. Despite
what the station offered travelers now that it was under the watchful eye of
Star Fleet, itâs past still haunted the memories of some of the long time
officers. Nikolas was one of those officers. He watched as the image of Deep
Space Nine grew closer and suppressed the urge to shake his head and moan.
âCommander, weâve been given permission by DS9 opts to dock.â
Nikolas looked over at his screen, verifying the clearance. âTake us in nice
and slow, Ensign.â
The Georgetown slowly took her place in the assigned birth. There was a
slight jerk as the moorrings attached. âDocking complete, Commander.â
âPower down to docked status.â Nikolas ordered before touching comm button
on his console. âRenaldi to Hale. Captain, weâre here.â
