I am as tired of receiving a lot of unnecessary emails, that said, I do not 
know why would I call it a bad idea. Some problems might occur when a system is 
first implemented – probably that is what we are seeing now. But please do not 
discourage a good effort by negative comments. Sharing and accessing 
information is always good. Thanks.
