[uhswindows7] Not Working..........

One thing I can tell you that is not working - is my Symposium - ACD 
Tracking for Help Desk Calls.
Not sure if it is an IE 8 issue or Windows 7
Have to look into further.
I am able to log into the Application
However - when i try to display a report  - wants me to install the Active 
X

try to install and get the following


click retry and brings up


Click install and............................
That's all she wrote..........................
