Jim - don't know what you were talking about "We were never given any
troubleshooting documentation or installation instructions for XP"
Never asked about XP and we get many calls on programs that we DO NOT have
documentation on.
But, thanks for pointing that out.

A little quick research on Google reveals several posts from 09 that say
that Symposium web client 4.5 is not compatible with IE.8 or IE 7
Don't; know if there is an updated version of the software since Nortel is
in receivership.

One thing I can tell you that is not working - is my Symposium - ACD
Tracking for Help Desk Calls.
Not sure if it is an IE 8 issue or Windows 7
Have to look into further.
I am able to log into the Application
However - when i try to display a report - wants me to install the Active
X
try to install and get the following
click retry and brings up
Click install and............................
That's all she wrote..........................
