It has come to the attention of the Neighborhood Liaison Unit your Right
of Entry letter is due to expire or has expired.

Or you do not have a Right of Entry letter on file at all. If you do not
have one please fill one out and return it to me.

The Right of Entry letter allows police to act as an agent of the
property in your absence. This letter gives police a right to

 go onto your property to investigate any criminal activity or possible
criminal activity. 

It is imperative that you complete the enclosed Right of Entry letter
and have it notarized.

Thank you for your participation in this program and your promptness in
returning this document.

 Should you have any questions, please contact me or drop letter off at
District Five
