All of our students use the student profile for obvious reasons,it's using this profile that we have the problem. As stated when Typeability is launched under this profile the log in window does not always appear. This is disappointing for the students, and particularly frustrating for the AT support staff. I just wondered if you could ask the developer please: 1: Given the importance of this program especially in the education environment ,could a patch or work around be provided prior to the next update? 2: If a patch,or work around can't be provided prior the next update, when will the next update be released? These schools have purchased 10 and 20 user licences for TypeAbility, so I would appreciate a quick response. I have tried to work through things with them over the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling but with no success. Thanks for any suggestions. Scott Erichsen
