Mrs. Royce,
There seems to be something going on with the turkeys this time of year;
breeding season, I guess. Friday I was at David Crockett State park in
Lawrenceburg and saw three together; they looked like toms, from my brief look.
Today at Radnor Lake in Davidson County, one feeding about 40 yards off the
hiking trail. Then returning home on the Natchez Trace in Lewis County, four
more on the side of the road in two locations.
