Watch for Wood Storks in the Egrets. Dacus bar and around Robinson Caruso Island is a consistent stopping place. Farther north last year I had 700 + in one backwater area. They are in the area now. Spoonbills are hanging in numbers below us. These 2 species come up each year from Mexico. Typically Tri-colored immature show up now. I've had 26 Tri-colored at the lower end of Ensley Bar. we are going to count: Shelby Farms (water too high), Ensley, Clay Pits in Ark, Dacus Bar and Eagle Lake. Good Birding......
