I was at Hatchie NWR on March 3rd. I did not see the Say's Phoebe. I did not walk around the visitor's center because I did not want to flush the many ducks that were in the flooded area behind the center. I looked from the road. I may have missed the phoebe if it was behind the center. I saw 10 species of ducks while at the refuge.
