Yesterday and again this afternoon at 4:15 pm we had a juvenile Tri-colored
Heron next to the observation tower at White Lake Refuge.
The river has risen slightly and started back down at Island 13. We only had
Least Sandpipers and 3 Spotted there today but habitat is good.

At Highway 79 and Great River Road there were 14 Stilts yesterday but only one
today. There were Least, Solitary and Spotted Sandpipers there but nothing
else of interest.
