[THIN] Re: workspace control

The Web interface has a default timeout of 20 minutes at which time the web
page logs out. This does not logoff the published applications, just the WI.
Most of our customers want this as a security measure to prevent someone
else from walking over to a terminal and launching apps from another account
that is logged in.

You can configure this setting with an entry in the conf file, see:

i have users telling me that after 10 minutes, their web session logs them
out.  i timed this myself and after about 20 minutes, it disconnected me
from my web session. i did not have any apps open, just connected to wi. i
unchecked the workspace control option in wi, but it is still doing it. not
sure if a reboot is needed.
