[THIN] Re: workspace control

Both the WI settings and IIS impact this, the one that is set shorter
expires first. If you set WI above the IIS default of 20 minues, you need to
also raise the IIS timeout.

The article explains it all for each version of WI and IIS....

i have users telling me that after 10 minutes, their web session logs them
out.  i timed this myself and after about 20 minutes, it disconnected me
from my web session. i did not have any apps open, just connected to wi. i
unchecked the workspace control option in wi, but it is still doing it. not
sure if a reboot is needed.
