[THIN] setpaths.cmd

Group,
I noticed that my root drive was not mapping. So I tried to troubleshoot
the usrlogon.cmd and found out that the setpaths.cmd script was coming back
FAIL and would cause the usrlogon.cmd to end.
What can cause the setpaths.cmd to fail?
