Ah I misunderstood on that one... I will adjust and test.

Well we have a number of servers that do not host customer apps, only User
apps.  WE could use one of those.  ANd it would be with a carefully edited
list of servers.  There are servers that serve other apps that we do not
want them terminating those apps by mistake.  Only the servers that host
this particular app.
