[THIN] outlook 2002 sp3

Hi All
I have outlook 2002 sp3 running on a XP FR3 sp4 farm, users are
experiencing a 4 to 5 second delay were outlook appears to stop
responding.
I did find a MS article that said the fix was to install SP3 but SP3 is
part of the install.
Has anyone any ideas or pointers?
