Many thanks to all who replied.
I am currently looking at the products mentioned, although it appears that the
EMC / Legato email Xtender appears to be favourite.

We are looking for users to be able to retrieve their own archived emails
rather than mail admins retrieving them.

Do you want users to be able to view stubs of their archived emails and
retrieve them on their own or do you just need to archive for storage/auditing
reasons and IT can retrieve them?

I have been asked to look at email Archiving solutions that are compatible
with

Exchange / Lotus Notes and Citrix.

Is anyone using Archiving solutions with Citrix based email clients ?

I had some good feedback about a Legato Product called email Xtender but
havent found any Citrix information about it.

  Any feedback ?
