%systemdrive%\pskill.exe MMC.exe just call this from your reboot script. Maybe through a Sleep or wait command in there if you want. The PSKILL.exe I got from Sysinternals.com and is free. If you want to do more like search for multiples or do it by process ID let me know. I have a kix script that does that. -----Original Message----- From: Lonnie Truskowski [mailto:ltruskowski@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Sent: Thursday, July 25, 2002 9:13 AM To: 'thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [THIN] Re: mmc hangs on reboot The mmc is not open when the script runs but if the mmc was open and closed then the script does not run. It seems like the mmc is not closing. What would I add to the script? > -----Original Message----- > From: Ron Oglesby [SMTP:roglesby@xxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Thursday, July 25, 2002 9:05 AM > To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [THIN] Re: mmc hangs on reboot >=20 >=20 > UH does that mean you have the MMC open at a logged on console when this > kicks off? >=20 > I mean if you want to be brutal you can add a few lines too your script > to kill the process then do the shutdown.=3D20 >=20 > -----Original Message----- > From: Lonnie Truskowski [mailto:ltruskowski@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=3D20 > Sent: Thursday, July 25, 2002 7:00 AM > To: Thin (E-mail) > Subject: [THIN] mmc hangs on reboot >=20 >=20 > I have a server that I have scheduled for nightly reboots.
